Premier League: Player of the Month and Best Manager of the Month from Manchester City

Manchester City’s German midfielder Ilkay Gundogan won the Premier League’s Player of the Month Award for the month of January, the Premier League’s press service reported.

Last month, the 30-year-old footballer played 6 games of the English football championship and scored five goals, and this is the first time Gundogan is receiving the award.

Manchester City’s manager Josep Guardiola has been recognized as Best Manager of the Month. In February, Guardiola’s team played and won six games, scoring 16 goals and missing one.
