Mourinho breaks “record”
11:18 29 January, 2021Tottenham Hotspur manager Jose Mourinho has set a “record” after the 1-3 defeat to Liverpool in their English Premier League match.
Thus, Mourinho has lost his last three league meetings with Liverpool. These losing series of the Portuguese football specialist had started on December 16, 2018, when he was at helm at Manchester United.
According to Opta Sports, this is Mourinho’s longest losing run against an opponent in his top-flight managerial league career.
After 19 games, Tottenham are currently sixth, with 33 points, in the Premier League.
