Razmik Grigoryan appointed manager of Armenia national U-19 football team

Razmik Grigoryan has been appointed head coach of the Armenia national under-19 football team and will be assisted by Armen Sanamyan, the press service of the Football Federation of Armenia reported.

Grigoryan is a former player of the Armenia national football team. He has also served as an assistant coach of the Armenia national football team and as an assistant to the managers of FC Ararat-Armenia and FC Lori. Grigoryan has also coached FC Dilijan and is currently the manager of FC Ararat-2.

The Armenia national under-19 football team is the team of footballers born in 2002 that was supposed to participate in the qualifying round for the 2020/21 championship under the leadership of Artur Voskanyan in October 2020. Due to the coronavirus pandemic, the championship was postponed and will take place in March 2021 in the Netherlands. The opponents of the Armenia national under-19 football team are the teams of the Netherlands, Serbia and San Marino.
