Armenian football legend Arkady Andreasyan’s wake to be held Friday

YEREVAN. – The wake of the late Arkady Andreasyan, the legendary footballer of FC Ararat Yerevan and the ex-USSR national squad, will take place at 6pm Friday at St. Hovhannes Church in Yerevan, the Football Federation of Armenia press service reported.

Andreasyan, who was one of the best football players in the history of Armenia, had passed away Tuesday of heart problems.

The legendary footballer was 73 years old.
