Gagarin Cup winner dies aged 38

Former Russian hockey player of Salavat Yulaev and Dynamo Artem Chernov died aged 38, the wife of the Salavat Yulaev ex-defender Kirill Koltsov, Svetlana, said to social media.

Artem Chernov played 300 clashes in the Kontinental Hockey League and scored 111 points (47 + 64).

He won the Gagarin Cup in 2012 with Dynamo.
