Arsenal's midfielder to move to Atletico Madrid
23:44 23 September, 2020Atletico Madrid will purchase Arsenal’s 24-year-old Uruguayan midfielder Lucas Torreira, Goal.com reports.
The Spanish football club has already agreed on the contract with the footballer, and talks are in the final stage. Atletico Madrid will sell Mexican midfielder Hector Herrera to purchase Torreira.
Torreira moved from Sampdoria to Arsenal for EUR 28,000,000 in the summer of 2018.
During the past English championship, Torreira participated in 29 matches, scoring 1 goal and making 1 pass for a goal.
Torreira’s contract with Arsenal ends in June 2023.
