Levon Aronian becomes Bundesliga champion with Baden-Baden

Armenia’s top chess player Levon Aronian has become the champion of the German Bundesliga (online) with the Baden-Baden team.

“A great day! We became German Champions with Baden-Baden team, my Boston Celtics are fighting back in NBA and it’s sunny in Karlsruhe,” Aronian tweeted and posted a photo.

Levon Aronian played four rounds and tied all the matches. There were seven rounds. Baden-Baden scored victories in all rounds.

Baden-Baden have become the best team during the German championship for the 14^th time in 15 years.
