Ronaldo wins IFFHS World’s Best International Top Goal Scorer award

Juventus and Portuguese national team star Cristiano Ronaldo has received the International Federation of Football History & Statistics (IFFHS) World’s Best International Top Goal Scorer award for 2019, which is given to the player who has scored the most goals in international competitions for the national team and club during a calendar year.

Ronaldo, 35, informed on Instagram about receiving this award.

In 2019, Cristiano Ronaldo scored 14 goals for the Portuguese national squad and 7 goals in the Champions League.

This is Ronaldo's fifth IFFHS World's Best International Top Goal Scorer award. He had received it in 2013, 2014, 2016, and 2017, too.
