French Ligue 1 new season to kickoff Friday

The match of the starting round of the 2020/21 season of the French Ligue 1 will be played Friday.

The 2019/20 season had ended prematurely due to the coronavirus pandemic, and PSG were declared the champions.

To note, one match of the second round of the Armenian Premier League also will take place on Friday.
