Manchester City offer EUR 63 million for Kalidou Koulibaly

Manchester City have offered EUR 63 million to Napoli for 29-year-old Senegalese defender Kalidou Koulibaly, Goal.com reported. Napoli, in turn, expect more money.

PSG, Manchester United, and Liverpool are also interested in Koulibaly.

Koulibaly has been playing for Napoli since 2014.
