Zenit win Russian Premier League title 6th time

Zenit Saint Petersburg have defended their Russian Premier League title as a result of their 4-2 win over Krasnodar in the 26th round of the current season in the top Russian football league

Zenit have garnered 62 points, Lokomotiv Moscow, which are currently in second place, have 49 points, and there are solely four rounds left before the end of the current season.

Thus, the Saint Petersburg club will win the Russian Premier League title for the sixth time and second year in a row.
