Robert Lewandowski declared top player of Bundesliga
22:29 26 June, 2020Polish striker of Bayern Munich Robert Lewandowski, who scored the champion title, has been declared top footballer of the Bundesliga of this season, reports Bundesliga’s press service.
Among the top contenders for the title were Serge Gnabry (Bayern Munich), Jadon Sancho (Borussia Dortmund), Erling Haaland (Borussia Dortmund), Timo Werner (RB Leipzig), Kai Havertz (Bayer) and Amin Harit (Schalke).
During 30 matches of the Bundesliga, Lewandowski scored 33 goals and made 4 passes for goals.
Canadian center-back of Bayern Munich Alphonso Davies has been recognized as the top newcomer of the German championship.
