Aguero undergoes surgery

Manchester City forward Sergio Aguero will no longer play this season, The Guardian reported.

The 32-year-old striker underwent knee surgery in Barcelona on Wednesday.

"Everything went well, and I'll soon begin recovery. A big thanks to Dr Cugat and his team – and to all of you for your support" he wrote on his Facebook.

The football player has sustained an injury in the clash against Burnley.
