Suarez: Coronavirus helped me recover from injury
12:15 30 May, 2020The Barcelona and Uruguay striker Luis Suarez has announced that he has fully recovered from his injury and is ready to play again.
"The coronavirus helped me recover from the injury. I am now fully recovered and ready to go out on the pitch. I am glad to have the opportunity to be useful to my team in the crucial part of the current season," Suarez said, in particular, Sport.es reported.
To note, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the football season in Spain has been suspended since mid-March.
But the LaLiga will resume on June 11. Since May 18, the clubs have resumed training with their full squads.
