Russian president Putin expresses his support to Nurmagomedov family
12:07 20 May, 2020Russian president Vladimir Putin expressed his support for the family of UFC lightweight champion Khabib Nurmagomedov and wished the athlete’s father Abdulmanap Nurmagomedov a speedy recovery.
According to ESPN referring to Nurmagomedov's manager, Vladimir Putin had a phone talk with Khabib and assured him that Abdulmanap Nurmagomedov would receive the best medical care.
On May 13, Abdulmanap Nurmagomedov suffered a stroke, he had a COVID-19, pneumonia, and was connected to a lung ventilation device. Doctors assess his condition as extremely serious. Abdulmanap
Nurmagomedov's father is in a coma. On May 3, he was transported from Dagestan to Moscow.
