Gines Melendez speaks on COVID-19, Armenian football and Joaquin Caparros

Gines Melendez, Technical Director of the Football Federation of Armenia, gave an interview to the Catalan edition Sport.es and talked about COVID-19, the appointment of Joaquin Caparros, and Armenian football.
According to him, now he is at home in Albacete, working and playing the guitar. He noted that we need to stick together.
Melendez noted that during the Valencia vs Atalanta clash he contacted players who later tested positive for COVID-19. Following this, his health worsened, but he is feeling better now.
According to him, the resumption of the Armenian championship is scheduled for May 23.
Melendez noted that Armenia needed a coach at the level of Joaquin Caparros.
According to him, Armenian football players are competitive and motivated to achieve significant success.
