World Figure Skating Championship canceled due to coronavirus pandemic

Due to the coronavirus pandemic, the International Skating Union (ISU) canceled the World Figure Skating Championship, reports the ISU’s press service. The championship was supposed to take place on March 16-22 in Montreal, but it has been postponed.

The ISU was considering options to hold the championship from October to December, but the board decided not to hold the world championship this year during its session today.
