Philippe Coutinho close to returning to England

Brazilian midfielder Philippe Coutinho is close to returning to Premier League, sport.es reported.

Chelsea intend to sign a Barcelona football player on loan.

Tottenham Hotspur, Arsenal and Manchester United are interested in him as well.

Coutinho played for Liverpool from 2013 to 2018.
