Barcelona expected to lose around €140 million due to coronavirus

Barcelona will face financial problems because of coronavirus pandemic, El Pais writes.

According to the assessment by the Catalan club, the recession will cost Barca around 140 million euros. The reason for financial problems is also the structure of the club. In contrast to the English and Italian clubs, Barcelona is non-profit organization and cannot issue shares.
