Khabib Nurmagomedov: Sport cannot be above human values

UFC champion, Russia’s Khabib Nurmagomedov commented on the cancelation of his fight against American Tony Ferguson.

“It was an impressive trip that is not over yet. Take care of you and your family. Sport cannot be above human values,” Nurmagomedov wrote on Instagram.

The fight was set for April 18 in Las Vegas but was canceled over the coronavirus pandemic.

UFC president Dana White said the fight would take place in due time, but did not name the venue.
