English, French football championships suspended

England’s Premier League announced suspension of all matches until April 4 because of coronavirus outbreak. The matches of other divisions have been suspended as well.

Arsenal, Chelsea and Everton declared quarantine because of confirmed cases within the clubs.

France banned all football matches for uncertain period starting from March 13.

Earlier UEFA said all competitions, including the UEFA Champions League and UEFA Europa League, will not take place next week.
