Armenia President, football federation congratulate Henrikh Mkhitaryan

President Armen Sarkissian congratulated Henrikh Mkhitaryan, captain of the Armenian national football team and midfielder of Roma, on becoming a father.

"Congratulations, dear Henrikh," Sarkissian wrote on Instagram. "Welcome to the new world, Hamlet Mkhitaryan Jr.; great football awaits you."

The Football Federation of Armenian (FFA) also congratulated Mkhitaryan.

"The captain of the Armenian national team has become a father," the FFA noted on Facebook. "We congratulate Henrikh and Betty on giving birth to a baby [boy]."
