UEFA may cancel Euro 2020
23:35 25 February, 2020UEFA Vice President Michele Uva has not ruled out that Euro 2020 in China could be canceled or postponed amid a coronavirus spread, The Sun reported.
"We are at the waiting stage. We are monitoring country by country, and football must follow the orders of the individual countries," he told state broadcaster, Rai. “The sporting path will only be closed if the situation gets worse”
Euro 2020 is scheduled to run from June 12 to July 12.
As reported earlier, football clashes in Italy will be held without spectators amid coronavirus spread in the country.
