The Serie A match between Torino and Parma is also postponed due to numerous cases of the coronavirus in the northern regions of Italy, the Torino press service reported.

The game was to take place today in Turin. As reported earlier, the Italian Prime Minister suspended all sporting events in the Lombardy and Veneto regions due to the Coronavirus scare, including Sunday’s Inter-Sampdoria, Verona-Cagliari and Atalanta-Sassuolo matches in the Serie A.

The announcement was made by PM Giuseppe Conte in a very late press conference on Saturday evening. It had already been announced on Saturday that 42 matches in the amateur and youth leagues had been called off, while Serie B fixture Ascoli v Cremonese was also postponed.
