Australian Open: Dominic Thiem makes it to quarterfinals

Australia’s Dominic Thiem made it to the quarterfinals of the Australian Open for the first time on Monday.

He beat Frenchman No. 10 seed Gael Monfils 6-2, 6-4, 6-4 and will face Rafael Nadal in the semifinal.
