Maradona rejects offer to coach Venezuela

Argentina legend Diego Maradona said he had rejected Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro’s offer to coach the country’s national team, Xinhua reported.

“Maduro offered me the national team [job] but I told him that I have a commitment with Gimnasia," Maradona told reporters.

Maradona has been coaching Gimnasia since 2019.
