Guardiola wishes success to Quique Setien

Manchester City boss Jose Guardiola, who led Barcelona from 2008 to 2012, commented on the appointment of Spanish coach Quique Setien.

“I wish Quique Setién the best. His teams always play very well, especially when I have followed him more in his time at Betis.”

Barcelona announced the dismissal of Ernesto Valverde on January 14. Valverde has been replaced by former Betis head coach Quique Setien, 61.

Ernesto Valverde has begun his career as Barcelona head coach in 2017.
