Roma manager: Players like Mkhitaryan are important

Paulo Fonseca, the Portuguese manager of Roma, has highlighted the game of Armenia midfielder Henrikh Mkhitaryan in the team.

Roma defeated SPAL 3-1 in the 16th round of the Italian Serie A, with Mkhitaryan scoring the club’s third goal after subbing in.

"Players like Mkhitaryan are important," Fonseca said at the post-match press conference.

Mkhitaryan, 30, has scored his third goal at Roma.
