Liverpool's opponents are known in the semifinals at the FIFA Club World Cup in Doha, Qatar.

Mexico's Monterrey defeated Qatar’s Al Sadd, who are managed by Barcelona legend Xavi, 3-2 in their quarterfinals.

The Monterey vs. Liverpool match is slated for on December 18.
