Liverpool sign new deal with Jurgen Klopp
16:36 13 December, 2019Liverpool extended the deal with head coach Jurgen Klopp until 2024, the club’s press service said.
Jürgen Klopp has led Liverpool since October 2015. In the last season, the team earned 97 points, which is a record in the history of the club.
However, Liverpool were one point behind the champion of Manchester City. In the Champions League final, Liverpool defeated Tottenham Hotspur 2-0.
In the current season, Liverpool earned 46 points and has an advantage of 8 points over the Leicester City which ranked second.
