15:45   10 December, 2019

Three-time world champion in gymnastics, Russian Artur Dalaloyan commented on the decision of the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) in relation to Russia, RIA Novosti reported.

“I absolutely disagree with WADA's categorical attitude and attitude towards those athletes and people who are in no way involved in everything that happens,” he said.

Russia was deprived of the right to host major international competitions in the next four years.

It may appeal against the decision of WADA in the Court of Arbitration for Sport in Lausanne. If the appeal is rejected, Russian athletes who are not related to anti-doping rule violations will be able to participate in international competitions under the IOC flag.
