Ex-player and Armenia national team manager Artur Petrosyan will head one of the European clubs soon.

Petrosyan attended Yerevan-based two-day courses on updating coaching licenses with the participation of leading European experts.

“This is a great initiative, a very interesting workshop. It’s nice to meet new and old friends, to talk about football,” he said. “Spanish specialists presented the program of development of youth football. I used to work for Zurich youth team and I know that one year is a too short period for such projects. Our main problem is lack of time. If the plan is approved, we will need time. I was in Switzerland, and I will have an update soon. I will head a European club”.

The courses feature Spanish coach Aitor Karanka, his assistant Juan Villa and Leads United sporting director Victor Orta.
