Former UFC champion urges Nurmagomedov to respect McGregor

Former UFC heavyweight champion Daniel Cormier urged Khabib Nurmagomedov to respect the achievements of Conor McGregor.

A video shared by ESPN MMA shows Nurmagomedov and Cormier had an argument over McGregor at their training base. 

“You smashed this guy. But now, this guy? This guy's first double champion. This guy killed Eddie Alvarez,” Cormier told Nurmagomedov when the latter refused to say Conor’s name. 

Earlier Nurmagomedov said McGregor has to deserve a rematch with him.
