Roma to make new offer to Manchester United

Roma’s administration isn’t preparing to return the team’s British defender Chris Smalling to Manchester United, reports NSL.

Roma will offer Manchester United EUR 13,000,000 for Smalling’s transfer right.

Earlier, Manchester United had turned down Roma’s offer for EUR 10,000,000.

Smalling, 29, transferred to Roma during the summer transfer window.
