Football Federation of Armenia President meets with national team

President of the Football Federation of Armenia Artur Vanetsyan today followed the training held at the Technical Center/Football Academy of the Football Federation of Armenia, after which he had a meeting with the Armenian national football team’s members and coaches, as reported the press service of the FFA.

“I am certain that this team and the teamwork will help us achieve great success. The national team has no problems, and I am certain that you will be able to fill your gaps and play football with dignity,” Vanetsyan said.

“We will do everything we can to get out of this situation with honor. We are preparing for the upcoming matches with losses, but this is football, and it is impossible to avoid injuries in this sport. This will be a good opportunity for those footballers who were invited to the team to replace those with injuries,” head coach of the Armenian national football team Abraham Khashmanyan declared.

On November 15, the Armenian national football team will compete with the Greek team, and on November 16, it will end training in Yerevan and leave for Palermo where it will play the last qualifying match with the Italian team on November 18.
