Lampard on Chelsea's priorities
20:41 31 October, 2019After the match with Manchester United in the second round of the EFL Cup, head coach of London’s Chelsea Frank Lampard declared that his team has set the goal to become champion in the Premier League and the Champions League.
“We suffered a painful defeat and shouldn’t make the same mistakes that we made during the match with Manchester United. I notice that Chelsea is making progress, and I’m certain that we will achieve great heights. The victories in the English League and Champions League are our priorities this season,” Lampard said, reports Chelsea’s official website.
Chelsea lost to Manchester United 1-2 and was left out of the EFL Cup play-offs.
