Armenian weightlifters win gold and silver at European U23 Weightlifting Championships

Armenia’s Karen Avagyan (89 kg) won gold of the European Junior and U23 Weightlifting Championships in Bucharest, while Ara Aghanyan won silver.

Avagyan set a record lifting 170 kilos in a snatch competition.
