La Liga President proposes to exclude PSG, Manchester City from Champions League

La Liga President Javier Tebas said that  PSG and tManchester City violate the rules of financial fair play.

These clubs should be deprived of the right to participate in UEFA tournaments. PSG and Manchester City pose a huge danger to European football, he said adding that the owners of PSG and Manchester City violate the rules of financial fair play.
