Chile and Inter Milan striker Alexis Sanchez has suffered an injury in a friendly against Colombia (0-0).

According to the decision of the medical staff of the team, Alexis Sanchez has returned to Milan ahead of time to undergo medical examination, Chilean Football Federation’s press service reported.

Sanchez, 30, has been leased from Manchester United to Inter.

During the current season, he scored a goal in one appearance.
