AIBA World Boxing Championships: Armenian boxers in quarterfinals

Armenian boxers Hovhannes Bachkov and Artur Hovhannisyan advanced to the quarterfinal of the AIBA World Boxing Championships in Yekaterinburg.

Bochkov beat Viafara Fori from Columbia, while Hovhannisyan defeated Masud Yusifzade from Azerbaijan.

Armenia's heavyweight Gurgen Hohannisyan will start competitions later today.
