Putin meets with Khabib Nurmagomedov
23:10 12 September, 2019President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin on Thursday met with Russian mixed martial artist champion in the lightweight category Khabib Nurmagomedov at the airport before the flight from Dagestan, reports the official website of the President of the Russian Federation.
Vladimir Putin congratulated Nurmagomedov on his victory over American athlete Dustin Poirier on September 7 and wished him more success.
President of Dagestan Vladimir Vasilyev and Khabib Nurmagomedov’s father, Abdulmanap Nurmagomedov were also attending the meeting.
