Messi intends to return to field

Barcelona and Argentina’s squad star Lionel Messi intends to return to the field as soon as possible, Mundo Deportivo reported.

Messi also conducted a training session Wednesday separately from the main group but the Argentine striker spent part of the training on the field.

Messi will hold the general training for the clash against Betis.

Messi’s participation in the match against Betis is in jeopardy. The clash will take place on August 25.
