Fiorentina announces acquisition of Ribery

French midfielder Franck Ribery will continue his career in the Italian Fiorentina, the club’s official website reported.

Ribery, 36, will enter into a two-year deal with Fiorentina, with a salary of 4 million euros per year.

Moscow Lokomotiv, Chinese and American clubs were also interested in Ribery.

As reported earlier, Ribery arrived in Italy to hold a medical examination.
