UEFA Europa League: FC Ararat-Armenia makes it to fourth qualifying round

Armenia’s football champion, Yerevan’s FC Ararat-Armenia made it to the fourth qualifying round of the UEFA Europa League after winning Georgia’s champion Saburtalo.

During the return match in Tbilisi, Vardan Minasyan’s won Saburtalo 3-2.

Russian forward Anton Kobyalko scored the first goal after a transfer from Dutch footballer Furjel Narsing at the 10th minute, and at the 67th minute, Armenian midfielder Petros Avetisyan scored the triumphant goal of FC Ararat-Armenia with an 11-meter kick.

FC Ararat-Armenia will compete with Luxembourg’s Dudelange during the fourth and last qualifying round on August 22 and 29.
