Canadian Open: Karen Khachanov advances to quarterfinals

Russia’s No. 1-ranked tennis player, Muscovite Armenian Karen Khachanov, on Thursday defeated Félix Auger-Aliassime (Canada) in three sets, in the Round of 16 of the Canadian Open being held in Montreal, and advanced to the quarterfinals of this tournament.

On Friday, Khachanov will face Alexander Zverev (Germany) to advance to the semifinals.
