His Holiness Pargev, Hrachya Petikyan, Albert Boyajian light Pan-Armenian Summer Games torch
23:13 6 August, 2019The torch of the 7th Pan-Armenian Summer Games in Stepanakert was lit by Primate of the Artsakh Diocese, His Holiness Pargev, Olympic sports shooting champion Hrachya Petikyan and Vice-Chairman of the World Committee of the Pan-Armenian Games, Armenian American benefactor and one of the founders of the Games Albert Boyajian.
The program of the Games includes 17 sports. There will be 105 medals, nearly 5,000 athletes from 145 cities and 406 referees from Armenia, Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh Republic), Russia, Iran, Georgia and Kazakhstan, and the chief referee will be merited sport figure, Olympic referee Derenik Gabrielyan.
