Canada’s Ontario Hockey League’s Sault Ste. Marie Soo Greyhounds team center Nick Cousins, who is regarded as National Hockey League (NHL) club Philadelphia Flyers’ top prospect, was charged with sexual assault and arrested over the weekend.

Cousins, 19, and two of his Greyhounds teammates—Mark Petaccio, 18, and Andrew Fritsch, 19—were charged with sexual assault against a female known to them. Each player is accused of having sexual intercourse with an adult female on August 24. And the woman reported this incident to police two days later, Philadelphia Inquirer reports.

To note, Nick Cousins was selected by the Flyers in the third round of the NHL 2011 draft. Cousins had signed a three-year entry-level contract with the Flyers in late March.
