Liverpool football player James Milner and Virgil van Dijk have criticized Sevilla defender Joris Gnagnon for his "disgraceful" tackle that injured Liverpool's Yasser Larouci, Mirror reported

“There were some disgraceful tackles, we know it was a friendly but you don't see many red cards in a friendly. If you want to foul, pull a shirt. Don't take a young lad by the knee. Seeing it again it is a disgrace…It looks like he was lucky but we have to wait a little bit. He couldn’t keep on playing but in the dressing room he looks OK. Harry got a knock on his cheekbone and his eye so not too cool. He should be ok as well. That is the situation,” Milner said.

“I saw it from the side, it’s not nice,” Virgil van Dijk, in his turn, added. “Especially when it happens against such a young guy who is playing pretty well this season. I think it says something about him.
