Mario Hermoso transfers to Atletico Madrid
16:52 18 July, 2019Atletico Madrid has purchased Espanyol’s defender Mario Hermoso and signed a five-year contract with him, as reported the football club’s press service.
The 24-year-old footballer has played for Real Madrid and will be fill the position of Uruguayan footballer Diego Godin for defense. Godin has transferred to Italy’s Milan.
Real Madrid has the right to purchase Hermoso for 15,000,000 EUR, but it didn’t take advantage of the right.
Hermoso played 32 matches and scored 3 goals during the past championship in Spain.
