Portugal become first Nations League Cup winners (VIDEO)

Portugal have become the first winners of the UEFA Nations League Cup.

The host nation defeated the Netherlands 1-0 in this football tournament’s final that was played in Porto, Portugal (VIDEO).

And earlier in the day, England placed third with a penalty shootout win over Switzerland.
